1. Booking and Payment Terms

• A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking
• Full payment must be made 30 days prior to the departure date
• All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise
• Payment can be made through bank transfer, credit card, or digital payment methods

2. Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before departure: 25% of total tour cost
• 15-29 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
• 7-14 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost
• Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost

3. Tour Package Inclusions

• Accommodation as per the selected package
• Meals as specified in the itinerary
• Transportation as per the itinerary
• Professional guide services
• All temple visits and entry fees

4. Package Exclusions

• Personal expenses
• Additional activities not mentioned in the itinerary
• Travel insurance
• Any airfare unless specified

5. Important Notes

• Itinerary may be modified due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances
• Proper identification documents are required for all travelers
• Company is not responsible for loss of valuables during the tour
• Medical certificates may be required for senior citizens
