Our Cancellation Policy

Terms of Payment

  • Upon confirmation of any package request, a deposit of 25% of the tour package cost is required immediately to secure all the respective services.
  • A payment of 50% of the tour package cost is required 15 days before the arrival date.
  • The full tour package cost is due 7 days before the arrival date.
  • All payments should be communicated exclusively via email with attached transaction details.
  • Payment terms may vary at the time of booking depending on hotel policy or high season conditions.
  • We do not offer any credit facility.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be made via email at rajkishorbera22@gmail.com.
  • 45+ days before arrival: No cancellation charges.
  • 45–30 days before arrival: 25% of the tour fare will be charged.
  • 30–15 days before arrival: 50% of the tour fare will be charged.
  • 15–10 days before arrival: 75% of the tour fare will be charged.
  • Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the tour fare will be charged.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any reservation due to unavoidable situations.

Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. Processing time may delay refund reflection.
